How Our Services Work

We make computer repair convenient, secure, and straightforward. Most customer drop-offs and pickups take place at the Anoka Safe Exchange Zone, a secure public meeting area under 24-hour video surveillance. Located directly in front of the Anoka Police Department at 275 Harrison Street, Anoka, MN, and marked with blue Safe Exchange Zone signs, this location provides added peace of mind and safety for both customers and technicians.

On-site service is available only in limited situations where the issue requires us to be physically present, such as network troubleshooting or connectivity problems. On-site appointments are generally limited to locations within 20 miles of Anoka and are subject to a travel charge of $0.70 per mile. Most repairs and diagnostics are completed at our workshop, where we have access to specialized tools and equipment.

We also offer remote support for computers connected to the internet, allowing us to troubleshoot and resolve many issues quickly and efficiently without requiring an in-person visit.
