Pricing Overview

Service	Description	Rate
Diagnostics	Flat fee for any assessments. Waived if we complete the repair.	$50
Labor	Hourly rate for repairs, upgrades, or troubleshooting (after diagnostics, if applicable)	$60/hour
Travel Charge	Billed per mile (based on IRS Standard Mileage Rate)	$0.70/mile

 

How Our Services Work

• We offer flexible service options to meet your needs. We either come to your home or business to pick up your computer, or, when possible, perform the repair onsite. If specialized tools are required, we’ll transport the device to our fully equipped shop for advanced diagnostics and repair. If your computer is accessible over the internet, we can also connect remotely to troubleshoot and fix issues—often while you watch.
• We support both Microsoft Windows PCs and Apple Mac computers.
• Generally we serve clients within a 20-mile radius of our location, but extended service may be available by request for consulting or long-term contracts.
